Job Description :

Title : HRT Consultant - Successfactor

Job Location : Mumbai /Bangalore/ Gurgaon

Travel: should be open for 0 to 100% travel

Experience :

Work Experience -

- Candidates should have 5 - 8 years work experience of which at least 3+ years of experience in delivering SuccessFactor Implementation Projects with a focus on Employee Central

- Experience in design and implementation of Global HR Transformation programmes

- Experience in HR Service Delivery model and HR Operating Model design

- Experience in HR Process design to enable HR Technology implementation

- Knowledge of Cloud HR System Processes

- Knowledge of ERP and other Cloud HCM Solutions

- Experience in implementing clients- requirements into an HR IT-system

Key Competencies

- Experience in SF - Employee Central Processes & related configurations

- Project management skills including establishment of tracking and monitoring mechanisms

- Communication and presentation skills

- Strong Stakeholder Management skills

- Ability to work in teams, guide and support team members

- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus

- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications

- Experience in managing change related to ERP such as SSAP SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle HCM etc is a plus.

Qualifications - Master's degree
