Role - HR Talent Manager

Experience - 5+ years

Location: Delhi

Job Overview :-

Drive company efforts to attract, train, retain and grow the best employees. Focus on designing and implement programs for performance management, employee assessment, and succession planning. Work closely with Business unit heads to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across the company.

KRAs

a. Facilitate orientation to new hires and support local and global on boarding processes

b. Implement employee engagement programs to drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses

c. Support the execution of talent review and succession planning process

d. Manage Performance management programs and enable employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations

e. Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption

Experience and Skills

a. PG in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 5+ years of experience in the area of talent management and leadership development

b. Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs

c. Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development

d. Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in

e. Proven ability to bring programs to fruition across a diverse set of businesses

f. Strong project management skills

g. Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes

h. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
