- Should be able to translate the Board and Management vision into actionable HR plans and executive them in a time bound manner.
- Study and improve the HR practices across the company in a harmonized way.
- Develop a suitable unified HR MIS.
- Develop a homogenous Organization Culture and Corporate Identity.
- Promote Employer Branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and develop HR policies.
- Formulate career development plans.
- Ensure hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective.
- Evaluate training and development programs and calendars.
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR processes with suitable tools and measurement techniques.
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives of the group.
