This person will be closely working with Board members & HR members. (presenting ideas)
It is not for transformation project, but a follow up project for transformation.
Transformation
- Complete digitization (to the extent feasible)
- Challenging existing policies - new gage of policies
- Monthly appraisals, maternity policies
They are creating a High-Impact, young task-force - Part of Group Executive Director office which will lead the next level of Incubation and disruption in the HR Space. This taskforce will be accountable for driving the next stage of HR's evolution and, in particular, design, build, and operationalize the first fully digital HR platform. The opportunity will be to get exposure to working with the best in class global consultants & thought leaders in the HR Space. This team will be working on futuristic designs, deploy and integrate and run policies, processes and technologies, etc. from a global perspective in new age HR at the group level. Task-force to be formed from a diverse mix of competencies in different spheres of HR.
Position reports to : Group Head - HR Governance & Integration
Number of Reportees : None. HR PMS V2.0 project intends to be very flat in structure. However, for transactional work, there would be people who be supporting the incumbent
Experience : 2 to 6 years
Experience in the field of core HR, policy designing, processes, HR Transformation, HR PMO, HR strategy, HR Analytics, HR Specialist role, HR BP role
Industry : Any organization with complexity in business scale (undergone process re engineering)
Requirements/Desirable : Post Graduate MBA HR from Tier 1 like TISS/MDI/XLRI (May look at XIM Bangalore, XISS, IMT Ghaziabad, GIM, Goa)
