HR Specialist - Talent Management Framework - FMCG

A highly Multinational having a sales turnover in excess of Rs. 1500 crores with headquarters in Mumbai and manufacturing operations in 4 locations within India has entrusted us with the selection of a HR specialist who will report to the Head HR.

Major Areas of Responsibility :

Support in the design and implementation of the talent management framework in the areas of :

- Talent Management, Leadership Development, Training and Development, leadership coaching and succession planning.

- Build a strong talent succession pipeline by developing and implementing a robust Hi-Po Management Programme. Identify opportunities to nurture Hi-Pos using developmental opportunities, career planning exercises and periodic reviews.

- Conceptualize, design and implement Leadership development initiatives across various leadership levels in the organization.

- Drive effective implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS). Oversee the planning and execution of the performance management cycle. Partner with business as well as with other HR stakeholders in driving key initiatives. Work with various leaders to drive a culture of meritocracy and transparency.

- Identify training needs across different management levels and implement programs to bridge competency gaps. Support the global employee engagement survey - design, roll out, action planning.

- Identify and roll out different OD interventions that would have a high impact in driving Organization culture and performance.

- The position is based in the company's head office in Mumbai.
