HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Mfg

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We cater to high end requirements of premier companies.

We have been entrusted by one of the most reputed Indian Manufacturing and Sales Giants to select the HR Specialist for Talent Acquisition for their Indian operations.

- The incumbent will be responsible for the talent strategy and acquisition for the Indian Operations.

- The incumbent would be responsible for leadership hiring for the Group. He would also have to supervise after Employer branding and Campus hiring.

- Will have to devise recruitment strategies and tactics on a company wide basis with key objective to hire & develop Leaders so that the business has a strong Leadership pipeline.

- The incumbent would have to provide inputs to the Senior Management Team for strategic intervention in HR areas pertaining to talent acquisition to achieve organizational goals.

We invite applications from premier B school graduates with 7-10 years of post qualification experience. Should have adequate experience in senior management hiring for an organization having global presence. Should be able to contribute in framing up HR strategies and practices.

Remuneration bracket – Rs. 20 – 28 lacs.
