The individual is dedicated primarily to supporting the HR functions and deployment incl. performance management initiatives of team. In addition the individual will work closely with the manager and will provide support to the Operations team across a number of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to staffing, CDC processes, integration, reporting, data management and events management.  The individual will need to demonstrate initiative in terms supporting the set-up and day-to-day operations of this new team.   Integration:  - Support integration of new hires and affiliates by introducing staff   - Act as key contact for new lateral hires and affiliates around operations  Staffing:  - Create and maintain record of related leads, proposals, and cases, and office and firm priorities to ensure business stakeholders make effective staffing decisions while optimizing billability  - Maintain staffing online for team  - Provide visibility of deployed resources to leadership and local staffers  - Align with local staffing on potential options:  - Identify the best fit for a project based on client needs, specific IT skill sets required, topic expertise, and prior client experience  - Identify the best case mix based on team composition, staff development needs, location preferences, and availability  - Identify resources for business development and proposal support  Cross-office staffing:  - Proactively reaching out to staffers in other regions with requests for staff when specific knowledge is required (e.g., Solution Design or UI/UX Design), or regional supply insufficient  - Building relationships with the staffing network across Asia Pacific as well as globally to facilitate the sharing of information and best practices  - Collaborate closely with mobility and tax function to manage legal, immigration, and tax thresholds  Affiliation:  - Help to manage programs for tracking and enhancing the community and affiliation of consulting staff via tools such as the affiliation database, the TA affiliation list, distribution lists, local affiliation event tracking, etc.  - Proactively update proposal bio deck for consulting staff every 6-12 months and lateral hires as they come on-board   - Maintain skills/expertise database forstaff  - Support local affiliation events  - Assist with preparation of regular emails about promotions, new starters, organize promotions gifts, etc.   CDC:  - Work with the CDC and Staffing manager to document CDC and performance feedback; coordinate with staffing and CD teams to better understand development areas and identify staffing solutions to address feedback  - Manage evaluation process for specialists  Recruiting  - Supporting Recruiting (JD for new roles; recruiter training, interview assessments and ensuring inputs into the wider plan)  Candidate requirements and competencies:  - BA/BS degree required plus minimum 5-7 years professional experience, preferably in a professional services firm   - Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and analytical skills  - Ability to work effectively in a virtual organization  - Self-motivated, initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement; relationship building to leverage resources  - Must be persuasive, assertive and possess results orientation  - Ability to work under pressure  - Flexible work-style to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage last-minute changes  - Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional/mature manner  - PC experience - proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint  - Fluency in English required
