HR - Performance and Rewards Specialist
- As a Performance Reward & Benefits Specialist, the role holder will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees' rewards, perks, and benefits.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Defining and establishing equitable, competitive, and fair compensation and benefits packages that fit in accordance with our business goals and strategies
- Conduct Salary benchmarking surveys along with consultants
- Play a critical role in Performance and Pay review cycles of the organization, including promotion, increment, Bonus, Incentives, and ESOPs.
- Preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Assessing the needs of employees by conducting organizational surveys for finding out what engages and motivates them
- Support in deploying sound communication strategies and measuring effectiveness by success metrics
- Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Advice top managers in taking difficult decisions in compensation, benefits, and motivation of employees
- Support and manage C&B Analysts
Required for the role :
- MBA in Human Resources Management
- Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
- Reports to : Head, Performance and Rewards
- Individual Contributor
