Specialist - HR (Performance Management) 7-9 Yrs of Exp- Gurgaon


POSITION SUMMARY:


- This is a key Professional Development (PD)/Performance Management role in the HR team, involves working closely with the HR Team Leader and Consulting Class Program Managers/Leaders to lead and facilitate all PD discussions for the allocated consulting classes (specific level/cohort of consultants) and manage a teamlet of 1 - 2 individuals within the PD team. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for leading 1 - 2 OD initiatives for the consulting classes

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Stay updated on the performance and PD needs of the senior consulting classes through open and ongoing communication. -

Track performance of the allocated consulting classes. Responsible for quality checking and pressure testing the reviews for alignment with rating guidelines and to prevent ratings inflation. 

- Responsible for leading and managing the process for consulting performance reviews for consulting classes (prepare meeting data, insights on all consulting staff for review meetings, promotion meetings and performance management/performance based transitions) and also responsible for preparing performance review decks). 

- Being the face of HR for the specific consulting class. Work with the allocated consulting class program managers/leaders closely to address questions, execute process/policy changes related to PD. 

- Act as the sounding board on issues related to PD for relevant classes to the HR team leader 

- Playing an integral role in class meetings and participating in class discussions with the leaders/business stakeholders. 

- Responsible for and driving talent and PD initiatives for the consulting class, that are in line with the business strategy


- Initiatives around employee integration, talent development for high performing employees, analyzing attrition and executing the retention program 


- Involved in suggesting and executing HR process and policy improvement pertaining to PD Manage all compensation activities for consulting staff  responsible for tracking all consulting level changes and execution of related comp changes. 

- Manage and coach junior team members.

- Proactive, confident and motivated 

- Excellent communication skills in all situations with customers 

- Ability to manage complex/sensitive conversations 

- Ability to co-ordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and bring situations to closure/resolution 

- Team player 

- Logical thinking

QUALIFICATIONS: MBA from a reputed institute 

- 7-8 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in running Performance Management processes along with front ending the related communications is mandatory 

- Experience is managing small teams is preferred -

- Competence with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
