HR Specialist - Learning & Talent Management
- Design and/or deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs that address key development areas for the organizations we support.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context, consult on talent development asks and support or recommended solutions.
- Support and drive talent management processes in collaboration with stakeholders to sustain momentum and visibility on talent and related developmental agenda
- Strengthen internal processes of learning needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics for learning traction and engagement
- Create and execute learning programs for relevant audiences as per business needs and learning outcomes.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives
- Identify areas of enhancement for learning programs through content or delivery modes
- Monitor and assess effectiveness of learning initiatives and suggest improvements
- Monitor and track learning budgets vs. investments.
- Support execution of the Talent Management calendar
- Track talent development activities through specific mechanisms for focused action on talent
- Drive development actions based on talent analytics with leadership and managers to grow talent through specific mechanisms
