HR Specialist - Great Places to work

Company Overview: It is a leading software provider of business and financial management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, consumers, financial institutions and accounting professionals.

Your Opportunity - Responsible for the employee experience and employee/community engagement activities at Bangalore and Singapore

Ensure successful execution of worldwide employee engagement programs/offerings and events, including…

- Holiday parties

- Site socials (network events, quarterly campaigns, WCGB, etc)

- New hire senior leader chats

- Great place to work award applications (in partnership with HR Comms.)

- Local community/NGO partnerships, giving and volunteer opportunities

- Local NGO grant review process

- Ensure the successful coordination and facilitation of site engagement councils (including creation/maintenance of site engagement calendar of events)

- Help deliver quarterly employee engagement campaigns (site marketing/promotion/event management to measurement)

- Actively share and discuss site employee voice/feedback regarding themes/trends/insights with HR site leader & Regional Site Coordinators team (Employee Engagement team).

- Budget Management

- Manage site engagement budget

- Work with the Global Employee Engagement Team to develop positioning strategy for Global WCGB initiatives

- Work with members of the Engagement Team, HR Site Leader, Engagement Council to identify new global opportunities

- Execute Bequest strategy to service (and identify) new bequest opportunities, grow the program and engage current indicators to meet agreed outcomes

- Work with the Key Partnerships and Communications teams to prepare documents and collateral

- Identify opportunities to increase awareness of bequest program to existing database

- Manage day to day operations, enquiries for the program and service/manage relationships with key stakeholders

- Develop and implement, in consultation with the Engagement Council, an effective targeting and engagement strategy to guide, streamline and maximize impact

- Minimum of 7+yrs exp in Human resources

- Experience with driving “Great place to work” for an organization is a must

- Experience in Employee Engagement is a must

- Exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to inspire

- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team

- Demonstrated experience in budget management and tracking

- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work in a high performance environment, managing multiple tasks within defined budgets and conflicting deadlines
