Profile :
- HR Specialist will support the Talent Management, Talent Development and Engagement Activities.
- Support on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Support on setting up HRMS tools to support Talent & Performance management processes
- Work with HR, line managers and employees to address all types of employee related issues
- Review and track business unit data to identify trends in employee performance, retention, and employee experience
- Plan, implement and provide continuous updates for all processes which focus on performance management and talent development
Desired Profile :
- MBA from an accredited university with 2-5 years of HR Generalist role from large organisation.
- Acquaintance with handling large group of employees as part of HR specialist role
- MS Office experience and ability to use MS Excel for reporting
Salary Range : 10 - 12 LPA
