About the client :
The client is a leading Start- up in Retail/QSR/F&B sector in PAN space, looking to expand their portfolio further.
Reporting to : Co-Founder
Responsible for :
- Lead the HR practice with a team with a focus on designing as well as streamlining process in PAN India scope
- Lead the recruitment plan and related process include sourcing, selection, offer and on-boarding. Drive manpower budgeting and the entire process
- Manage annual performance process and lead and over look HR Operations PAN India
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Work directly with the Founder on developing new HR initiatives and drive their implementation
As a successful candidate you should have :
- Strong experience in hiring for all levels + payroll experience
- HR and Payroll compliance experience is a necessity
- Proficiency in SAP HR, leave management
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and capability to make decisions
