Essential Responsibilities: - Knowledge of employee life cycle ( from sourcing to exit process ) - Expert in HR operation , compliance , HR Audit - Partner with business leaders and employees to drive multiple human resource initiatives including positive employee relations, performance management, career development and rewards/recognition - Work with managers and employees to maintain a positive work environment with effective two-way communication that encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; - Serve client groups as primary HR point of contact re: administration of contracts, policies, processes, and practices; evaluation and development of employees, annual reviews, and compensation recommendations; investigations into employee or company concerns; fulfillment of staffing and recruiting needs, including sourcing of qualified candidates, facilitating screening, assessment and selection of applicants with hiring team; - Build and foster effective working relationships across the organization (employees, supervisors, managers, leadership team) to drive a performance-based culture. - Provide coaching and change management support; guide managers and employees through action or influence to support business decision making, and performance management; - Collaborate with employees and internal shared service teams , timely handling of Payroll & Benefits questions, as applicable; - Support the development and use of HR metrics and reporting, analytics, process maintenance and enhancements including maintenance site HRIS data integrity;
