HR Shared Service Manager - EmployWise

Key Responsibilities :

EmployWise has recently started offering multi-process HR services on it's EmployWise platform to customers. To build the delivery team and help grow this business line we are looking for a HR Shared Services Delivery Manager.

HR Shared Services Delivery Manager is someone who will be responsible to set up and run the HR Outsourcing function in the organization. The key roles and responsibilities can be clubbed into the following 3 buckets: Operational Excellence; Transitional Capabilities; Business Development.

Transitional Capabilities :

- Ability to understand customer HR processes and their mapping to EmployWise system capabilities

- Develop SoPs and SLA's balancing both customer expectations and delivery capacities

- Work closely with the Functional Consulting team during the system implementation and define service SOPs and SLAs for post go-live service delivery.

- Reengineering processes to align with EmployWise system capabilities while working closely with customers to get change acceptances

- Ensure smooth go-live of service delivery; on-time and error-free

Operational Excellence :

- Anticipating service delivery staffing levels and induction of new team members

- Leading and nurturing a team of Customer Support Associates and ensuring a customer oriented culture

- Provides a direction and communication such that customer queries and issues are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner within set SLAs.

- Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.

- Creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.

- Creates dashboards to report progress to client and management

- Leading and nurturing a team Ensuring human intervention and documentation to complete the process wherever needed

- Identify areas of improvement in the complete process.

- Maintain strict confidentiality due to sensitivity of data

- Ensure zero errors in the process

- Continuously monitor the system and identify areas of improvement guide the client accordingly

Business Development :

- Contribute to the growth of the business line by providing active pre-sales support to the business development team

- Ensure customer delight leading to referral leads and excellent references from existing customers to prospective ones

- Provide data and insights from operations to develop commercial models and pricing

- Gather and share competition information and provide timely feedback to help business stay ahead of competition.

The Candidate :

- Engineer with an MBA preferably in HR

- Minimum 70% score in academics

- 6+ experience in years with strong knowledge in the following:

- Hiring process from search to generation of offer letters

- New employee on-boarding processes like new hire document collection and verification, background verifications and joining formalities.

- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration

- Sound knowledge of income taxation laws and rules related to payroll

- Knowledge on of labour laws and other statutory compliances related to employees and employers

- Employee exit management including pre-exit clearances,Full and Final computations and exit interviews.

- Strong organization skills with the ability to meet multiple client engagements and deadlines.

- High degree of customer orientation and relationship management skills

- Proven evidence of successful team management and people development

- Ability to work in a matrix operations and elicit support from other functional teams
