HR Shared Service Leader - Professional Services

Key role within with in the Business and Professional Services division responsible for creation, development and running of efficient and seamless services pertaining to HR Services, PMO services, Creative Design services, Compliance Managed Services, Techno functional / IT support services, etc

- Ability to quickly grasp OE objectives and philosophy.

- Ability to drive the business in the direction and in alignment of Services strategic goals.

- Able to lead and motivate a team of high achievers to achieve agreed objectives.

- Application of commercial knowledge in a wide range of challenging situations, making difficult decisions and managing change.

- Strong financial acumen.

- Understanding the needs of the customer and sensitivities involved with off shoring.
