- HR Center of Excellence Lead role for our internal team focusing on Total Reward - Compensation benchmarking exercises, gradually taking over Leave Management Systems, Learning & Development, HR Transformation strategies etc. in collaboration with the Senior Stakeholder especially the Group MD & the HR Head.
- Preparing the total rewards (compensation and benefits) budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
- Drive year end Comp process including performance incentives, harmonizing of compensation structure, building the ranges for roles
