HR Role - Diversity & Inclusion - Law Firm

Our client a reputed tier 1 law firm is looking to develop, launch and execute their Diversity & Inclusion programme

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Developing, implementing and managing D&I program that lead initiatives and frameworks to ensure the achievement diversity objectives to successful outcomes

- Developing and executing specific strategies to embed D&I in the firm's day to day operations, including training support and guidance in hiring practices, retention and education.
