1. It will primarily include compensation designing, increments, employment contracts, exit and payroll management with knowledge of basic HR compliances. 2. Lead and benchmark Compensation and Benefits processes across the spectrum of organization. 3. Research, conduct external benchmarking, and review compensation and benefits programs to identify improvement opportunities. 4. Introduce and implement incentive schemes that makes happy achievements possible. 5. Design the rewards program and tax friendly compensation structures. 6. Ensure and approve new offers, increments, incentives, rewards and benefits schemes are in defined parity. 7. Evaluate, redesign and evolve PMS if needed, based on success factors. 8. Manage and streamline long term incentive plans ESOPS that rewards sustenance and continuity. 9. Excellent excel skills, good communications skills and attention to detail is must.
