Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, on-boarding & Induction
- Single point of contact for all recruitment related activities like preparing job descriptions, short listing CVs, coordinating interviews, preparing hiring dashboards, periodic headcount reporting etc.
- Ensure closure of offers made by effective negotiation.
- Ensure completion of background verification checks through third party vendors.
- Follow through till candidates are on–board, coordinate on-boarding activities, new hire orientation, induction etc.
- Maintain relation with recruitment consultants, negotiating terms and conditions, preparing contracts.
- Liaison with Finance on payments to consultants, other vendors.
Other HR activities
- Step in for any HR operation activities like issuing of confirmation letters, prepare MIS reports, maintaining employee details etc.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR from a recognized University.
- Around 3 to 4 years post qualification experience, out of which preferably 2-3 years in IT/ITES set-up.
- Should have at least 2-3 years experience in independently handling recruitment activities for a small to medium set up.
- Expert user of MS Excel.
