HR Recruiter - Bulk Hiring - Beauty Industry

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Bulk hiring.

- Managing end to end hiring, and on-boarding of candidates with adherence to hiring guidelines

- Coordinating with respective business heads and candidates to line up further interview round on right fitment.

- Job postings on portals and other social media sites.

- Taking telephonic and face to face round for initial screening as per business requirement, clarifying doubts of candidates arranging further rounds of interview with respective HOD's.

- Sending salary discussion mail to the selected candidates after negotiation of salary and issuing the offer letter, appointment letters.

- Identify training needs and schedule induction or synergy for new joiners.

- Responsible for connecting with various placement committees for final campus placement and for internship requirement in the organization.

Qualification:

Any Graduate or Post Graduate having

- Hard core recruitment experience for at least 3 years.

- Would prefer some experience in the beauty industry, but any other industry will do.

- Would really appreciate if they have bulk hiring experience.

- But needs to know Naukri sourcing. Should have knowledge of other types of sourcing.

- Should have hired entry level positions.
