HR Project Manager

We are looking for a HR Project Manager for one of our clients in Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions :
Project Management : Work with the client partner to anchor large scale organization & HR Process transformation journey
- Act as the central PMO support for the client
- Ensure alignment on meetings, deliverables & discussions with the stated intent of the project - work with identified stakeholders at the client's end for meetings & discussions, drive consistency per the stated timelines & milestones
- Drive project management, communication and change management for the client across key modules - in partnership with the consulting partner
- Drive cadence on the project rigor - identifying & pre empting delays, identifying dependencies across multiple modules, creating solutions
- Support the consulting partners with the required information & data sets at the required time, pre empting information requirements & solving for unavailable data with required proxy
- Work with the consulting partner to drive the communication cascade, internal training & communication plans for leadership & employees to drive traction at the client's end on key initiatives.
- Assignment work modules to address solution areas of Organisation Design and Structuring, HR Transformation - HR Operating Model, HR Process Re-design, Talent Management - Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Employee Experience - Culture, EVP
Education :
Full time MBA from a premier institute
Experience :
6-8 years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience is preferable.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) :
- Good understanding of various areas in HR
- Extensive project & program management experience preferred with specific exposure to large scale change management, organization & performance change etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure
