We are looking at an LnD specialist with 10+ yrs of work experience with experience in devising LnD strategies, excellent communication skills,multi tasking ability,Project management skills and Stakeholder management skills. Job Description : - Performance and People Management - Get a deep understanding of the process, the step by step process and also the key people involved - Take time to learn more about the App, the offerings and details of other partners and vendors - Quick learning of the program and step by step process - Build rapport with key stakeholders - Put together a comprehensive Project roadmap - Prepare and Lead the launch for participants and managers - Identify HIPO - Leader nomination and enrollment into the training program - Prepare project and program roadmap and execution of the same. - Oversee performance and track each leaders journey - Virtual/In-person Leader Consultation, Engagement and Ongoing support - Identify and train coaches - Logistics and Implementation/Co-ordination - Communication and Reporting on Impact/ Progress / Usage - Sharing dashboard and reports periodically - Track effectiveness of trainings provided PS :The client is looking at a resource who can join them immediately in Oct - 2018.
