HR L+D Premium B schools (2010/2011 batch)

Role : In-depth experience of setting up functional and leadership academies. Good understanding of instructional design principles/consulting experience will also be preferred.

- Post-graduation in HR from a premier business school along with relevant learning / leadership development related certifications

A minimum of 6 years experience in learning & development.

- Experience in designing and being part of a Learning Management System implementation, setting up / managing functional and leadership academies will be given significant weight-age.

- Good understanding of instructional design principles / 6Ds / consulting experience will also be preferred.

Required to travel as per business needs - average of 2 days a month
