- Looking for HR Professionals in to Employee Relations, Statuary Compliances, and Payroll of the Plant.  - Responsible for handling administrative activates of the personnel department and support employee relations initiatives at the plant.  - Responsible for resolving the grievances of employees in the area of attendance.   - Extensive experience in Employee relations like addressing employee grievances with respect to welfare items in a timely manner.  - Review and make sure that payroll activates for operators, officers and sr.officers are conducted in smooth manner.   - Experience in Statutory Compliances like Performing audit and take corrective actions to ensure Statutory Compliances in the area of contract labor management.  - Review and complete PF activates.  - Evaluate and complete the ESIC activates i.e. submission of contribution, submission of data to ESIC office.  - Experience in vendor management like identifying new vendors for hotels, welfare items etc.  Salary Range : 4-12 LPA
