The company is looking for HR- Compensation &amp; Benefits to be based in Mumbai with following KRAs but not limited to this : 1. Responsible for conceptualizing, proposing and implementing all compensation &amp; benefits initiatives in line with the organization's goals. 2. Design &amp; deploy programs like compensation review, annual &amp; variable payouts, rewards, Incentive scheme, Retention Bonus, Long term Bonus etc. 3. Drive the Annual Manpower, HR budget, rating calibration, promotion &amp; salary correction approval process. 4. Design &amp; review the rewards strategy to plan the approach for annual increments and get it approved by the concerned authorities. 5. Partner with HRBPs to drive activities such as goal setting, mid-year &amp; annual appraisal &amp; calibration process. 6. Interact with top management regularly to align the best C&amp;B initiatives and translate the same into the real time implementation
