- Responsible for developing / maintaining overall Pan India Key HR Activities Master Schedule in line with business requirements
- Support / guide CoE and entities with Regional timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Prepare Contingency Plans and monitor project follow up and timely reporting
- Follow up with CoEs and entities on key agreed deliverables
- Support CoEs in preparation and implementation of Pan India policies, processes, KPI and DoAs
- To work with RN HR Director in creation of effective and efficient HR Organisation structure with identified resources
- To prepare, review and maintain Job descriptions of newly created positions
- To take up key HR projects at PAN India/ Entity level based on the direction given by HRD & drive it for closure
- Develop suitable models in line with the HRDs requirements & present it to him as per requirements
- Closely work with regions (Nissan, Renault) and deliver the requirements from India as per their timelines
- Support HRD to prepare presentations for the MDs, Regional HR Heads etc
- Overall responsible to prepare the deck with close co-ordination with entity HRs, CoEs to manager internal HR meetings (Alliance HR meeting, Core HR Committee meeting) and ensure roll-out & implementation of MoM.
- Conducting HR workshops & drive KPIs for closure
- Overall end to end support to entities on preparation and successful deployment of Survey.
- Action plan follow up and reporting of Action plan completion on periodical basis
- To collect and Share Best practices to HR members on periodical basis
- To create visibility on existing and new best practices from India to Region / Global
- Ensure timely co-ordination of Central announcements between region, India and Entities
- Enhance Inter entity HR communication through monthly Newsletter
- Manage expansion of headcount, budget management and team strategy formulation and implementation
- Identify the training and development needs of direct reports and their team and undertake relevant programs
- Assess the performance of direct reports and provide them with developmental feedback and support
- Provide timely recognition and thus ensuring a high employee morale
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure recruitment and staffing of the team
