Our client is a top tier international financial institution actively seeking for a HR People Capability from Banking and Financial background preferably. This is newly created opportunity to help the organization to craft the culture by providing simple and creative solutions. Location: Chennai.
Some of the key responsibilities will include to:
- Responsible for Strategic Planning, Advice & Implementation.
- Responsible for Workforce Shaping, Recruitment and People Development to deliver.
- Understanding of Policies and Procedures, Customer and Community Relations.
- Continuous Improvement and Self-development.
- Involved in Employment Relations, Performance, Renumeration and Reward etc.
To be eligible for this role you will require to have:
- Experience on the applications "Saba" or" Success factors- learning modules" is primarily preferred.
- If not, experience on any LMS (Learning Management System) will be fine.
- The candidate must have strong hands on:
a. Configuration
b. Modification
c. Customization
d. Administration On the LMS application.
e. Good communication skills.
f. Creation of Prescriptive Rule or Assignment profile must have.
