Creating, Maintaining & Analyzing Various MIS Reports for HR Team, Sharing Insights and Trends with different Business Units and Management Reviews
Detailed Responsibilities:
Generation of monthly MIS for HR Operations that includes:
- LOI TAT
- AL TAT
- HRMS Generation TAT
- Helpdesk Query Resolution TAT
- Relieving Letter TAT
- Publishing of Onboarding TATS for New Joinees
- PC and Laptop Configuration
- Account Opening
- Finacle ID
- Email ID
- NEO ID
- ID Card
- Visiting Cards
- Generation of Training MIS
- Induction Coverage for New Joinees
- Product Training Coverage for New Joinees
- Weekly Training Dashboards
- ILDS Scores
- Generation of Recruitment MIS
- Recruiter Score Card
- Weekly Headcount Report
- Service Metrix Reports
- Monthly Recruiter Hiring Numbers
- Clean-up of Data on EVU and Ensuring Correct Data in System
- Old MRFS
- Correct Category Tagging
- Insider Tagging
- Incentive / Bonus Tagging
- All Others
- Working with bank's analytics team to Predict, Improve and measure attrition and survival analysis. To improve hiring criteria on the basis of performance & attrition. To link performance with attrition and hiring
- Routine monthly reports to stakeholders and creation of ADHOC reports as and when required
Creation of monthly reports for HR:
- Monthly headcount summary
- Monthly people forum presentation
- HRBP details as and when required
- Handling various talent management process portals - Promotion, ACE, S-PEAK portal, etc.
- HR Audit - Data support
- Publishing attendance reports for the payroll team
- Publishing team's productivity reports
- Publishing updates on priorities for the team
- Implementation of predictive models for attrition and recruitment
- Automation of recurring reports
Salary offered: 10-13LPA
