HR Operations Specialist - Telecom

Looking for candidates with 2-6 years of experience handling end to end HR operations,like:

- On boarding

- Compensation & benefits & payroll Management for the headcount of 1000+ employees

- Leave management

- Exit Management

- HR Policy Execution,MIS (Reporting) and Performance Management etc

- Good Knowledge on Excel,Macros,Pivot tables,dashboards

Mandatory :

- Preferably looking for Female Candidates

- Full time MBA

Should be from well Known MNC
