Job Responsibilities:
- Partnering effectively with business to implement strategic employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with the HR Operations Manager to promote appreciative and excellence culture
- Align closely with the corporate HR team to drive the global HR processes
- Drive digitization projects in HR and facilitate
- Execution of end to end HR Operations strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytic s, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards
- Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processes
- Handle statutory and payroll audits
- Managing and revamp, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data
- Conduct employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels
- Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it
- Manage the employee letters and communication
- Drive the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities
- Responsible to drive the Employee On boarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities
- Provide best-in-class analytical and well documented HR reports to the head of HR
- Act as a point of contact and build influential employee relationships
- Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity
- Contract and sub-contract resource management for both payroll and job outsourcing models
- Effective implementation and usage of Workday system in India
- Drive employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Manage employee personal folders and e-dockets
- Reviewing, Planning, and Administering Staff welfare and employment benefits (leaves, insurance) schemes to ensure market compatibility.
- Develop, Implement and Manage employee retention, relations, counseling and orientation programs
Role Requirements
- Proven work experience of a minimum of 3-10 years in HR Operations
- Strong working experience of Workday
- Familiarity with HRIS and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
