HR Operations :
Job Responsibilities:
- Policy and Procedures
- To execute and maintain policies and procedure manuals for the smooth operations of all functions of the company.
- To ensure implementation of these policies, to launch new initiatives
- Conducting exit interviews and analysis of data
- Employee relations
- To effectively handle and resolve employee grievances and clearly document them using standard templates
- To assist in undertaking disciplinary actions, counseling of employees and documenting the cases and escalating them to higher authorities.
- To monitor leaves of absence and approve the same after the functional head and ensure policy implementation
Compliance :
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and employment laws
- To assist in proactively maintaining cordial relations with all government, state and central authorities which impact the business and regulate it
- To act as a centralized databank for employee database and performing an audit of the databank every month
Compensation and Benefits :
- To execute the company's compensation policy, ensure its timely and correct implementation.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is accurately documented
- Evaluate promotions, demotions, transfers to ensure they are within guidelines
- To get familiar with health benefits and keep updated with latest trends in benefits in the state
- Enter spot and annual bonus information, process paperwork and pay changes for Health System employees including annual appraisal increases, promotions/demotions/transfers, special increases, annual structure adjustments.
- To ensure implementation of any other strategy related to compensation and benefits, to launch new initiatives to help in easy and cost effectiveness
- To perform assessment of current process to determine the current level of service.
- To create opportunities for process improvements. To identify, capture and document opportunities that will result in an enhancement to the process and will yield improved business results.
- To develop / update processes to check and minimize cost, by initiating best practices
- Receives, calculates, and processes numerous benefit related forms. Provides compilation of benefits data used for all party payments, management reporting, audits, or forecasting.
- Interface with benefits vendors and outsourcers regarding claims
- Review audit reports to ensure appropriate payroll deductions for benefits and pensions
- Recognize and communicate unusual events affecting customer service and benefits data accuracy
- Responsible for proactive communication with Manager - Corporate on the benefits products, its performance and any major issues or changes in the market or competition.
Performance Management System :
- To assist in designing a competitive performance based appraisal system and ensure its fair implementation in letter and spirit
- To ensure implementation of performance assessment module linking performance evaluation to business goals
- To ensure timely and correct disbursements of increments and incentives
- To develop / update processes to check and minimize grievances
Welfare :
- To ensure the change management is implemented smoothly
- To proactively create open channels of communication and expression for all employees
- To transform the workplace into an enjoyable workplace and translate the business goals
Management Information System:
- To create standardized templates for information system and creating reports like monthly attrition, joining, vacancies, employee graph.
- To document all relevant information and prepare monthly analysis reports.
- To create personal files and maintain them throughout the life cycle of the employee
- To create information systems for ease tracking of employee growth
- To act as a centralised data bank for employee database and performing an audit of the data bank every month
