HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to handle end to end HR Operations for all employees
- Ensure implementation of all HR policies and processes on time and with quality, always.
- Work closely with the Functional Heads and Managers for Performance Management, Promotions and Salary Appraisal process.
- Collaborate with Finance for Budgets, Timely Salary processing and compliances, PF and Insurance deduction etc. Handle Onboarding and Exit process for employees in a highly employee centric and process driven approach.
- Manage database of all employees and ensure data confidentiality.
Manage all HR Operations:
- Ensure overall statutory compliances and Drive Automation of all HR Processes to improve efficiency and delightful employee experience.
- Work closely with IT, Technology and leadership teams for automation initiatives.
- Design and develop guidelines and policies required for specific activities. Ownership of guidelines and policies.
- Customize appraisal guidelines and process betterment
- Grievance Counselling - counsel and address grievances, Gauge and drive solutions for grievance handling
- Actively work to roll out Compensation & Benefits activities - Actively participate in the comp & Ben activities including promotion, and Salary Revision process
- Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one-point contact for all HR issues
- Provide inputs and implementation of policies - Be thorough with the HR domain and ensure proper implementation of all checks and balances within the system.
Qualifications:- HR Experience of 8 - 10 years
- MBA in HR
- Preferably managed HR in a company with a minimum of 500+ headcount
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict and handle stress
- Analysis and 'Details' Oriented / process orientation
- Team Handling Skills / People management of high-end resource
- Relationship Building
- Any Certifications is an added plus
