Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies for the company
- Assigning objectives and goals to the team and tracking their progress
- Maintaining and monitoring the company's database and HR systems
- Developing and reviewing budgets, as well as approving/modifying them
- Answering employees' questions (such as compensation and labor regulations)
- Recommending software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g. performance review tools etc.)
- Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management
- Handing Performance Management System (PMS)
- To conduct Onboarding Process for New Employees
- Handling Compensation and Benefits for Employees.
- Guiding staff and management of company's HR policies and regulations
- Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance
Requirements:
- At least a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Prior experience as an HR Manager, HR Operations Manager or a similar role
- Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems
- Experience of designing compensation and benefits programs
- Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional team management and organizational skills
- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
- An ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in recruitment, internships, retainer meetings, and appraisal.
- The successful candidate will also be expected to manage the firm's HR operations in Gurgaon and Delhi and travel to Gurgaon once a week.
