3. Latest HR related technology / application knowledge
4. Min 3 years of relevant experience in Global HR operations (Hire to Retire)
5. People Manager
6. Good in Communication & stakeholder management
7. Develops, implements, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all aspects of the process
8. Leads internal and cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement
9. Exposure and hands on experience in HR systems.
10. HR analytics & audit exposure
