Role &amp; Responsibilities - Heading and managing the end to end HR Operations functions - Undertaking onboarding functions of new employees - Coordinating with HR Operations team and processing monthly salaries - Handling processing of FNF amounts of ex-employees - Coordinating with internal HR's PAN India to maintain accurate data of all employees - Managing exit formalities - Ensuring timely payments to all employees - Managing attendance records of all employees - Identifying process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps - Ensuring compliance of process cycles on a timely basis - Managing leave policies Skills : - Have a deep understanding of HR principles, and practices - Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills - Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment - Come with solid work ethics and integrity Qualification &amp; Skills - - Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Tier I or Tier 2 institute - Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in HR Operations functions - Possessing good leadership &amp; technical skills - Experienced in Team management - Proficient with Microsoft Excel software
