- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires both in hard & soft copies
- Making employee complete the joining formalities and ensuring 100% of the details are available in the HR records
- Coordinating in fixing the attendance and leaves as per the process for the monthly payroll
- Coordinating in preparing the adhoc weekly/monthly reports or dashboards
- Ensure the new joiners documents are reported for BGC & the BGC report tracker is updated all the time
- Ensure the new joiners onboarding is done on HRMS portal
- Supervise IT & Admin for the on time routine supplies
- Coordinate in drafting & implementing the HR policies
- Coordinating in preparing the adhoc weekly/monthly reports or dashboards
- Coordinating in updating / maintain the HR related databases
