HR Operations Role - Agri Sciences Firm

HR Operation for a very large and global Agri-sciences company growing rapidly in domestic as well as global markets. MBA with 8-10 years of experience in HR Operation and Payroll process.

The role holder will be responsible for managing HR operations for payroll, employee benefits administration within approved policy framework, manage the statutory compliances (EPF, ESIC, Taxation, LWF etc), processing full & final settlements etc. within agreed service levels)

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Employee benefits administration

- Ensure employee queries regarding employment policies and procedures are promptly handled.

- Ensure benefits as applicable under HR Policies framework (e.g loans, advances, medical benefits, relocation benefits) is made available to employees within agreed timelines

- Payroll operations

- Manage payroll processes

- Administer recurring employee payroll related debits and credits (OT, canteen, Bus etc)

- Administer non-recurring employee payroll related debits and credits (joning bonus, etc)

- Coordinate with BHRs for open issues if any, specifically employee data for successful running of payroll process

Compliances:

- Ensure compliance to applicable laws and statutes with respect to Taxation, PF remittances, ESIC Claims Management, Administering of minimum wages, workmens compensation, Payment of Gratuity.
