Implementation, filing the PF/ Wages Laws in Different State
Corporate Level Nitty gritty related to PF/ ESI/ meeting up with PF Commissioner etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full & Final settlements.
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Dashboard, reporting & MIS
- High proficiency in HR processes, systems and standard operating procedures
- Lead improvements on key operational metrics and reporting.
- Audit the Critical HR transactions as per the defined Quality framework
- Automation of HR services, HR operations integration projects along with other special projects initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and prepares training aids for Team, HRBP's, employees on various aspects of HR Operations.
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement w.r.t streamlining information and processes, improve accuracy and strengthen controls to achieve annual productivity goals
- Remain updated on all Client/stakeholders Communications and updates in the process areas pertaining to the role and keep the team/employee's updated
- Work towards the capacity building to ensure contingency plans are in place for people & processes
- Responsible for Compliance & New Labour codes especially on -Gratuity, PF, Professional Tax.
- Responsible for statutory compliances for part time employee model at Max Life
- Support new HRMS implementation for respective area of operation
