- Proven background in HR Operations role is essential.
- Should be fully aware of Compensation Structures and Increment Cycles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar is essential.
- PGDBM / MBA in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related field plus a minimum 3-6 years experience in a HR Operations and Employee Engagement Set-up
