Role Summary:
To institutionalize HR systems & processed & assist in implementation of HR processes within the company i.e. induction, confirmation, personal file management, & separations. Oversee overall HR operations team and processes.
Key Result Areas:
HR Services – Employee Benefits
Managing and overseeing day to day operations of HR service vertical:
- Allotting employee codes, entering employee details & pay structure of new employees
- Incorporating any change due to transfers/ promotions/increments/ role change
- Incorporating details in case of employee resignations in to the exit file
- Circulating information of new or transferred employees to various depts.
- Handle all employee benefit related process. viz, mediclaim, term life, EDLI, etc
Manage Payroll
Play Reviewer role under maker, checker process
- Receiving input from zones, verifying data& sending file to vendor
- Incorporating any additional details w.r.t. new joinees, exits, transfers, deductions, employee benefit payments etc
- Receiving & verifying payroll output, ensure accuracy & reconcile against internal records & sending to bank for upload
- Post confirmation, circulating payroll reports to relevant departments
- Play a roll of checker, ensure 100% accuracy in payroll processing
Maintaining Personnel File
Manage overall Record Management of employee personnel files:
- Ensuring personnel file are updated & all documents as per the joining kit are in place
- Preparing letters regarding conformation, increments, promotions, transfers, resignation, proof of employment
- Implement best practices in record management
New Employee Joining Formalities
Oversee and Support New Joining operation process:
- Executing the joining formalities for New employees
- Maintaining required documentation & follow up for the smooth process roll out
Process & Systems
Implement and drive process improvement and re-engineering to bring in efficiencies and reduce TAT’s:
- Conduct process documentation of HR operations processes
- Collate data for Annual process review and ensure timely update on systems
- Review HRMS system process
- Re-engineer manual process and bring in automation
Best Practices
Implementation of Industry best practices:
- Collect & collate data for annual best policies survey
MIS
Manage overall HR operations data requirement and repository:
- Maintain MIS
- Prepare monthly report
- Generates other ad hoc reports - performance management, salary, joining & attrition

- Knowledge of Peoplesoft or any ERP package preferable
- HR ops experience
