HR Operations Manager - Shared Services - BFS

We are looking for an HR Operations Manager- Shared Services with a UK based BFS product company.

Requirements:

1. Experienced HR Operations/Shared Services professional with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

2. Hands-on experience handling case management solutions

3. Knowledge of North American HR policies and regulations

4. Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable

1. Experience working on either one or a combination of ServiceNow and Workday

2. Have led an HR Shared Services/Operations team

3. Experienced in setting up processes & knowledge for a regional HR Shared Services/Operations teams
