Role :
Conceptualising, implementing and articulating new policies and modifying the existing with changing business environment
- Identifying hi-potential, key employees and effectuating career progression plans to strengthen employee skills and develop them for the new roles while also improving the performance management process and goals
- Analysing the HR processes, streamlining systems, focusing on improving processes to promote reliability, increase simplicity and enable scalable growth
- Hire-to-Retire processes including, Payroll and Benefits administration, Employee Lifecycle, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management
- work on the projects related to HR analytics, represent HR at organization wide corporate initiatives and lead change management
