please find the below JD for the position.  Salary offered - 7 LPA  JD- HR Ops Analyst - Reporting  Working hours : 1 pm - 10 pm  Total experience : 2 - 4 years  KRA :  - We are looking for candidates who want to pursue in HR reporting analytics team  - Deliver simple and complex ad-hoc OBIEE reports that are unavailable from self-service tools   - Provide user support and training for HR Analytic Tool (HRA)   - Creating dashboards on OBIEE to extract reports   - Interact with all levels of HR and non-HR customers to understand/clarify report requirements   - Be part of team meetings, ad-hoc meetings and regular one on one as and when required   - Follow up on pending requests daily and take appropriate actions to close them   - Be able to timely escalate issues through team leader   - Provide operational support to Tier 3 analytic leaders   - Basic understanding and familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is preferred  - Knowledge of key HR reporting processes (census, turnover, cost reporting, etc.)   - Experience in staffing related reports. Knowledge of Business Objects/OBIEE preferred  Required skills :  - Person should have good experience in development or support and maintenance on Peoplesoft application or OBIEE   - Creating/Building queries using "Answers/Analysis" in OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence)  Advanced MS Excel - At least 1-2 years of hands on experience  - HR Reporting knowledge - At least 2 years of experience in preparing Hire, Termination, Job movements/Transfers, Promotions, Performance management, compensation reports, etc
