Designation : HR Officer

Location : Pune

CTC: 10-20 Lac PA

Qualification-HR (Tier 1 /Tier 2 College-Fulltime) / Or any graduation / BE will be added value

- To understand human resource requirement and develop recruitment process & sources

- To recruit required teaching and non-teaching staff as per manpower requisition received from time to time

- To coordinate with media agencies, consultants and job portals for recruitment

- To arrange interviews and perform necessary co-ordination for the same

- To prepare offer letters, salary fitments, appointment / contract letters, document verification of new employees, salary revision letters etc.

- To carry out reference check for selected candidates

- To coordinate for pre-employment health check-up of selected candidates

- To carry out document verification of new joiners

- To conduct induction of new joiners and deliver induction program as defined

- Preparation of personal file / service book of newly joined employees and updating the same from time to time

- To perform necessary co-ordination for creation of E-mail, allotment of computer, seating arrangement for new joiners

- To handle exit process of outgoing employees

- To assist in handling of employee grievances

- To assist in undertaking the Performance Appraisal process

- To identify training needs of individual employees and prepare a training calendar.

- To plan, coordinate and conduct training/ professional programs for employees

- To maintain general discipline in office hours.

- Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time

- Good Verbal & Written Skills.
