Position: HR Manager - Training & OD

Qualification: Full time MBA from a premier B school

Experience: 4 - 7 years post qualification

Geographical Diversity: National

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

1. Analyse learning needs in the organisation and design Learning Calender for the year.

2. Drive initiatives to embed the high performance culture in the organisation.

3. Drive, conduct, and analyse employee engagement survey and drive action plans in collaboration with HRBPs.

4. Drive performance management & a coaching culture.

Note: Female candidates from 2005 - 2008 batch (XLRI/TISS/IIMs/FMS/SIBM/MDI) are preferred.
