Manager Human Capital with a fast growing US headquartered SaaS startup having its presence in Gurgaon, India. This will be the first position within the HR function in India and will work directly with HR personnel in the US.
This is both a strategic and hands on role where you will utilize a range of human resource expertise, cross-functional collaboration skills, and bring the ability to clearly communicate and enjoy interacting with team members globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the annual HR agenda across the organisation.
- Developing performance management programs to help employees understand their roles.
- Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensuring the organization is compliant in all local, state and country locations.
- Building the organisation culture - diversity, inclusion, collaboration and teamwork.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- At least three years work experience in human resources and recruiting.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- MBA HR from tier 1 institute.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS businesses.
