HR Manager (Talent Management/Organization Development)
- To plan, manage & execute various HR activities & initiatives in line with the organization's overall goals & objectives and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate Competency development in coordination with BLT, external experts and AP.
- Facilitate learning of competencies across organisation.
- Lead / coordinate assessment of individuals on identified competencies.
- Implement competencies-based processes in Hiring, development plans, performance assessment.
- Develop and coordinate to execute training calendars.
- Develop tools and implement to measure training effectiveness.
- Looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience
- MBA is a must here
