HR Manager - Talent Management - FMCG/Retail - IIT/IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.

Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies. May suggest aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met.

Requires a bachelor's/master's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area from Premier institute only

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks.

Works under general supervision.

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
