Job Description:

Position title: Manager - HR (Talent Management & Talent Development)

- It will more TM and TD and may not have TA, need SME who can drive competencies mappings, IDPs, TM approach for our organization, org structure, JDs, career and succession planning, training need analysis with org themes, making training modules and running it by oneself apart from getting conducting it from outside vendors. Working on off-roll framework movement to on roll.

- Any other OD intervention. Its an SME position and may not have a reportee immediately.

Position reports to Head HR.
